Europe: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, UK + Reunion

America: Canada, Guadeloupe, Mexico, Puerto Rico, United States, Alaska, Hawai, United States Virgin Islands, Brazil, Colombia, French Guiana and Peru

Asia:  Bangladesh, Brunei, China, Hong Kong, India, Malaysia, Mongolia, Singapore and South Korea


When forwarding calls within a geographical zone (e.g. from a fixed number in zone A to a mobile number in zone A), you use your free minutes, i.e. the minutes included in your plan. You can also forward calls across geographical zones (e.g. from a fixed number in zone B to a mobile number in zone A) or to a number in a country not included in any zone (e.g. from a fixed number in zone A to a mobile number in Russia). In that case, we will not only deduct incoming call minutes from your bundle, but you will also be charged an extra fee, according to our international rates. Please make sure to top up your credit if you want to forward outside your geographical zone. To top up your account, log in as an admin user and go to Company administration – Plans & Billing – Call Credit for other services. Click on Buy more credit
